Redbridge Dementia Strategy Survey

The Healthy Redbridge Borough Partnership are writing a Dementia Strategy for our local area.

This will cover the things we plan to do over the next five years. It will talk about what we can do to make our community in Redbridge more supportive for people living with dementia, helping them and their families get the right care, support, and understanding when they need it.

We want the perspectives of local people to shape our strategy. Whilst thinking about what might go into our strategy we will be taking active steps to hear from our communities and understand what is most important to them. We want to hear about the experiences of local people right now- including what works well, what doesn't, and what things would make the most difference to them.

We want to hear from everyone in our communities who is affected by dementia, including people with dementia, their carers and loved ones, and those concerned about how dementia might affect them in the future. Everyone can contribute to this topic and you do not need to be a service user already.

One of the ways that you can share your perspective is by filling out the survey over the next few pages. It will ask you some questions based on your experiences. There will also be an option to tell us how you would like to get involved in further work in this area.
