Applications are accepted on a rolling basis: The dates you provide below for intended customization and dissemination on your campus will guide when we reach out to your campus to begin customization of the App. 
 
Completing this application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Acceptance into this program depends on availability of funding.

Before applying, please read the full list of expectations for REACH OUT Affiliate Campuses: CLICK HERE FOR LIST OF EXPECTATIONS. All campuses will be asked to sign a licensing letter confirming their commitment to the REACH OUT Affiliate Campus expectations prior to beginning the customization process.

Your customization request will require your campus to create a template of word content, colors, logos, resources, and/or images you would like customized within the REACH OUT App. You will submit this template to Lakeland Community College.

* 18. All REACH OUT Affiliate Campuses will be required to provide 2 semi-annual reports on what outreach/dissemination activities were completed on their campuses via Survey Monkey. Can you commit to providing 2 semi annual reports?

Successful implementation of the REACH OUT app on your campus requires approval and buy in from several key departments:  At a minimum these include: 1) IT, Administrative Technologies, or equivalent;  2) Marketing, Communications, or equivalent;  3) Student Affairs or the department responsible for New Student Orientation and similar programs.
