Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine (RDKS) is preparing a regional Internet Broadband Strategy to assist with future planning intended to improve high speed internet service where needed in the RDKS. Creating this Strategy is the first phase in a multi-step process intended to encourage private investment and to get better internet service for more people in the region.

To help prepare a Strategy, RDKS is undertaking community engagement, including this survey, to gather information and feedback on your existing broadband service. This information is highly valuable and will be used to document the existing state of internet service in various communities within the regional district, and to identify gaps between existing service and where services are needed.

Wide participation in this survey is a critical piece to improving the state of connectivity in the RDKS.
