Questions About You

Dear Rangeley Community Member,

The board and staff of Rangeley Health and Wellness is committed to ensuring that all town residents live healthy and happy lives. As a small and rural community, it is critical to determine what resources are most helpful to community members to support the well-being of all.

The community has experienced some devastating losses recently, and to ensure that everything possible is being done to create a supportive community, we need to know what supports and services are most helpful. Recognizing the importance of a neutral entity gathering data, NAMI Maine has been asked to collect information from residents of Rangeley to see what kinds of mental health services and supports would best serve the community.

It is important that you know that answers provided to this survey will be kept completely confidential with a summary of all responses provided back to Rangeley Health and Wellness in a format that will be shared with any interested party.
