Please know that we first attempt to back fill all On Site Cancellations through this Wait List.

Most cancellations take place just before the time when registration payments are due or cancellation penalties are incurred by way of cancelling a registration.

If your Retreat Wait List Application gets considered you can commonly expect to
be notified by the following dates:

* The week of February 26

* On or before the week of March 19

* On or before the week of April 16

* Last minute Cancellations from April 27 - May 1

We request that you only apply for the Wait List if you’re committed to attending
the Retreat, knowing that you will need to be available to accept an invitation at
any of the possible times noted above.

Only correctly completed Retreat Wait List Applications will be considered for an
On Site Accommodation cancellation.

I submit this Retreat Wait List Application for the 2018 4th Annual “Spring on Maui" Retreat at the Napili Kai Beach Resort.
