ABS is committed to providing a safe, productive and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and ABS staff. Please share any feedback you may have about your experiences at the ABS 2026 Meeting held in Cincinnati, Ohio. Your feedback will be reviewed by representatives from the ADVANCEGeo team each day, as well as summarized in an anonymous final report that will be provided to the ABS Executive Leadership at the conclusion of the meeting.
If you are an ABS 2026 Annual Meeting participants who was a target of, or who witnesses, inappropriate behavior which potentially violates the ABS Code of Ethics and Member Conduct:
1. You can speak with an ABS Ally, who can be identified by their badges. ABS Allies are trained to listen, help targets or witnesses deal with what has happened, and to inform them of their options, including whether to report the conduct. ABS Allies will not participate in any aspect of investigating reports or sanctioning.
2. You can meet with our ADVANCEGeo representative, Dr. Leila Joyce Seals, who will be on-site all week to support conference participants. Dr. Seals will be available to participate in investigating reports but does not participate in sanctioning.
3. You can meet with a member of the
ABS Executive Leadership team, who will be on-site throughout the week.
