Mothers at Hope is a Kids at Hope themed peer-support group for pregnant and postpartum mothers with children 0-24 months. The goal of Mothers at Hope is to provide free, high-quality, and culturally appropriate Kids at Hope-themed peer support to new mothers through facilitated support groups, as well as to raise awareness of free and cost-effective community resources available in St. Lucie County.
Mothers at Hope will consist of:
-Activities and discussions tailored to positively impact maternal mental health.
-A safe space to explore the experience of the postpartum period and beyond.
-Q&A sessions with guest speakers from local agencies that offer resources for mothers and their families.
-Easy and immediate access to local resources at every meeting that support the needs of parents, families, and children in our community.
