COMMUNITY AND CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY

M’Chigeeng Health Services (MHS) is the health department of M’Chigeeng First Nation. As part of the MHS committment to continuous service improvement, community members are invited to provide feedback about our services from August 8th to August 25, 2025.

M’Chigeeng Health Services provides services in partnerships with the area hospital and Family Health Team, local pharmacy, Noojmowin Teg Health Centre, Public Health of Sudbury & Districts, and other health and social service partners.
Programs and Services offered by MHS include medical and nursing programs, physicians, nurse practitioners, community health, footcare, school health, health promotion, public health, diabetes wellness, and lab work. Community members have access to dietitian services, healthy babies, healthy children, medical transportation, and traditional health & community wellness. Elders and other community members living in the Wellness Centre are provided with elder programming and activities, and home and community care. The health services are intended to address the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health of its community members. M’Chigeeng Health Services provides a continuum of community health care that focuses on health promotion, illness prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and palliative care.
