Welcome to the 2021 ACPN Membership Application!

On behalf of the Austin Childcare Providers’ Network (ACPN), I would like to invite you and your childcare business to be a member of ACPN over the upcoming year. ACPN members benefit from increased access to donated items to share with the children and families you serve, as well as information and resources for your business.  ACPN members also benefit from mentorship from other childcare providers and professionals and counseling on how to make our businesses more sustainable.  ACPN members also collectively advocate for changes to the childcare industry that benefit us and the families we serve. 

The following application takes about 15-30 minutes to complete.  If you don’t have time to complete it all in one sitting, you can save it and come back to it.  The purpose of the application is to ensure that we have up-to-date information about your program.  It also helps us to identify any areas that you and your staff need for professional development. Please answer these questions as accurately and honestly as possible.  This survey is NOT a test or an evaluation of your program.  This application is meant to help ACPN improve the training resources available to you and your childcare business.
