City of Shelby Natural Gas Department Public Awareness Questionnaire - Local Public Officials

The City of Shelby Natural Gas Department is required to evaluate the effectiveness of our public awareness program in order to comply with 49 CFR part 192. Please complete the following survey if you are a local public official for any municipality, town, or county board located in Cleveland County, NC. Your participation is greatly appreciated!
