The Petro-Canada Sport Leadership sportif Conference will be taking place at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel November 7-9, 2019. We are pleased to have several meeting spaces available for our partners to use leading up to the conference. In order to request meeting space for a pre-conference meeting, you must submit this completed form no later than Thursday, September 12, 2019.

Please note that meeting requests during conference hours will not be accepted; this means that from Thursday, November 7th at 11:00am until Saturday, November 9th at 2:00pm will be considered a blackout time.
