The Whole Health Committee and Get A FluShot.com will be hosting a flu shot clinic on Monday, November, 19, 2018 at the Renton Office (Chinook Room 3rd Floor) from 9:00-11:30 a.m. and Educare Office from 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. Your flu shot is covered with PSESD medical insurance. If you have other health coverage please click here to review the list of approved health insurance. The option of paying $25 with cash, check or by card (over the phone with Get A FluShot.com's customer service department) will be available as well.
Getting your flu shot is quick and easy. Please come prepared with your insurance card and have your Insurance Claim and Medical Consent from completed. Get A FluShot.com's admin staff will process and their nurses will perform the flu vaccination.
