The Bob Provitola Manufacturing Leadership Award is a memorial recognition established in 2021 to honor the spirit of volunteer leadership and dedication that characterized Bob Provitola’s service to the manufacturing community throughout his career. We are proud to call Abe Alangadan, Johnson & Johnson Vision, in Jacksonville, our first recipient and 2021 winner of the award.

Eligibility
  • Any person who works for a Florida manufacturing establishment.
  • Nominees are limited to volunteers and are ineligible if they receive compensation for their service.
  • Volunteer service is not based upon serving as a “loaned executive.”
Self nominations are discouraged.
