To better understand your experiences with laboratories within the provincial health system, the Laboratory Program at Eastern Health would like you to complete a short survey. Your feedback will help us to build on things that have been helpful and make changes to improve physicians’ experiences in the future.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. Your responses are anonymous, will be held in strict confidence, and will be combined with other responses in a way that makes it impossible to identify individual people.
