Proposed Reclassification of Clyde Recreation Reserve Land |

The Central Otago District Council proposes to reclassify the land described in the Schedule of Land below, from Recreation Reserve, to Local Purpose (Pumping Station) Reserve.
Schedule of Land:
Site 1: 250m2 more or less, being part of Section 4 Block XLIX Town of Clyde
Site 2: 240m2 more or less, being part of Section 34 Bock IV Town of Clyde
The land in the Schedule has been identified as suitable sites for the construction of inter-stage wastewater pumping stations which are required as part of the Clyde Wastewater Reticulation Project. To achieve this each site needs to be reclassified.
