The Project Management Employee Resource Group (ERG) is designed to provide resources for BIW Project Managers by uniting and sharing information, improving skills, discussing case studies, coaching one another and actively working on advancing the general knowledge of project management throughout the organization.
ERGs are designed to provide a supportive community for employees with shared experiences and to focus on improving workplace culture. ERGs may be involved with attracting and recruiting employees; promoting belonging; increasing job satisfaction; fostering professional development through mentoring and networking; and supporting the Company’s initiatives in the community.
Meetings will be held during non-work hours like lunchtime or between shifts unless otherwise approved by the Director of Ethics and Compliance.
