The purpose of this survey is to understand your, or your child’s, previous experience as an athlete in competitive gymnastics (Women’s/Men’s Artistic, Rhythmic, Aerobic, Trampoline).

The thoughts you provide will help us better understand athlete needs and drive decision making around future athlete wellbeing strategies.

If you are over the age of 16, please answer the questions on your own behalf.

If your child is under 16, please help them to fill in the survey with answers that reflect their thoughts and experiences.

This is a confidential survey, please do not use any names or indicate any region within your responses.  We encourage you to think deeply and answer honestly.  We encourage athletes who competed in more than one gymnastic sport to complete the survey for their other code(s) too.

If you have any queries about this survey, please email
