1. Registration for MAX POWER events - September 5 and 6

The MAX POWER two-day event is for new and returning engineering students and for our academic and industry partners. This is our annual PROMES Semester Kick-Off!
All activities will take place at CEMO Hall auditorium and classrooms.
The schedule is as follows:

Friday, September 5 -

Saturday, September 6 -

08:00 AM - Registration/Check-in and Breakfast Snacks
09:00 AM - Guaranteed 4.0 Seminar (Part 1)
11:30 AM - Meeting for all fall 2014 Engineering Workshop Facilitators and PROMES Peer Mentors
12:00 Noon - Lunch half the group will go to Fresh Food Dining Room and half will go to Cougar Woods Dining Hall.

01:30 PM - Guaranteed 4.0 Seminar (Part 2)
01:30 PM - Professional development Workshops for returning students
05:00 PM - Program concludes


New students are required to attend Friday's sessions and both sessions of the Guaranteed 4.0 Seminar on Saturday. There is no charge for the seminar itself, but you must bring $15 cash to cover the cost of your seminar materials. Breakfast snacks and lunch are included.

Returning students are encouraged to attend Friday evening and the Guaranteed 4.0 sessions on Saturday for a "refresher" so they can boost their grades for this coming academic year. Those who have attended in previous years may wish to attend the morning session and/or join us for lunch and then go to the professional development workshops in the afternoon. The entire day's activities will conclude by 5 PM.
