Exit this survey $1 Million Mitigation 1. Thursday March 24th - there's a joint meeting of the Power Plant and Asthma task forces to discuss how to invest $1 million in mitigation funds created as a result of the closure of the Potrero Power Plant. The monies are supposed to be spent on projects that improve environmental health, mostly in Potrero Hill.
