Thank you for your interest in the Women Mentoring Women* Program. Mentoring is a key component in creating a successful and meaningful academic, career, and personal life. Our goal is to provide you with that support and to connect you to a community of women through the program. No prior Caltech experience is required for participation in this program.

Please fill out ALL of the questions below. This application should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. These questions are designed to match you with a mentee based on your interests in mentoring, as well as your scientific discipline. All answers are confidential. You may respond with more than one answer if it applies. We will pull some background info (i.e., name, division/department, years of postdoc study, academic/scientific history) for inclusion in a bio to be used for the matching mixer with upper-class graduate women.

Your photo will be included with your bio for a handout during the pre-matching mixer for all graduate women and postdoc on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14, from 5:30-7 PM at the Caltech Alumni Hous.
