1. Introduction

We would like to better understand the impact that service learning has on students. We particularly want to know how you think this experience has influenced your perspective on learning, your view of service, your choice of major/career, and your perspective of working in a diverse community. This survey is voluntary and you can withdraw from it at any time by clicking off the survey or not clicking the submit button at the end.

You do not have to complete this survey to receive a grade on your service-learning project. This is the last of the 2 surveys we have asked you to complete. This survey should be taken after you have completed your service-learning project in your class.

We ask you to give your student number as an identifier so we can match up the 2 surveys.

All information from this survey is confidential and will not reflect on your grade in the course. Your course instructor will not have access to your personal survey information. You can also choose not to answer a question without penalty.
