What is Families First?
Families First is a government-supported initiative designed to help families get the right support at the right time. It brings together professionals from different services—such as schools, health, and social care—to work in partnership with families. The aim is to provide early help, reduce the need for crisis intervention, and empower families to lead their own solutions.
Why your feedback matters
Your views are essential in helping us understand what works well and what could be improved. By sharing your experience, you’ll help shape better services for families in your community. Whether your experience was positive or challenging, we want to hear from you.
The survey should take around 10–15 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and will be used to improve how support is offered to families like yours.
