We are thrilled to invite you to this year’s Police Chiefs Forum, taking place on Tuesday, April 21 – Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West, located at 2200 Harvard St, Sacramento, CA 95815.
> About the Forum: This CIRA-sponsored, two-day event will bring together Police Chiefs and senior command staff to examine current and emerging issues facing law enforcement agencies, including public safety accreditation and best practices, trends in property damage and liability losses, ethical decision-making, labor and employment considerations, and recent legal and claims developments. Through structured presentations, facilitated discussions led by CIRA staff and experienced industry partners, and dedicated opportunities for peer exchange, the Forum is designed to support informed leadership, risk awareness, and practical decision-making for law enforcement agencies.
> Attendance: To maximize the value of this program, attendance will be prioritized for registered attendees who are able to participate on both days.
Registrants will receive a confirmation email within one week of submitting the survey.
