Playmaker University Application - 2025

Thank you for the amazing work you do for kids, and for your interest in enrolling in Playmaker University! It will take about 15 minutes to complete this application. 

We are serious about play and about understanding the impact of our program so we can better serve you and all future Playmakers. This application includes questions used to create your Playmaker University profile, a scholarship application (for those interested in funding), and a baseline survey. The baseline survey is fast, confidential, and vital to our program's positive growth.

Your responses to the baseline survey are not evaluated individually. We use them to better understand your experience working with children and to identify areas of strength and opportunity in our program. We GREATLY appreciate your participation!
