Medicare-Medicaid Parity for Primary Care Across New Jersey Survey

The New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, along with several partners in New Jersey, is advocating for the state to pass Bill S2504. This bill requires Medicaid reimbursement rates for certain primary and mental health care services match reimbursement rates under Medicare.

We need your help to make an impact and shape the future! We welcome and encourage ALL Primary Care practices and providers to please complete this quick survey. This will help us gather data to gauge the current state of primary care and have a collective voice for payment parity. For the purpose of this survey, Medicaid includes straight Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care and CHIP programs.

Please note: if you work at multiple organizations, please complete this survey separately for each organization.

We appreciate your support!
