At Playfair, you won't shadow anyone or sit on mute. Over roughly 250 hours, you'll collect six stamps that change how you work for the rest of your career:

  • Own your calendar. Run your own tasks, priorities, and time the way professionals actually do.
  • Get in the room. Represent Playfair at real business events, not simulations.
  • Document how it works. Map ten firm processes and leave the place better built than you found it.
  • Practice kindness deliberately. Ten acts, tracked, because how you treat people is part of the work.
  • Ship your ideas. Bring us something worth doing, and we'll implement it.
  • Move the number. Contribute to a real team revenue goal with real stakes.
This is an apprenticeship in mastering yourself, not memorizing a discipline. Most of what you learn here has nothing to do with finance and everything to do with who you become when nobody is checking on you.

The details: virtual, flexible schedule you set yourself, minimum ten hours a week. Unpaid, with a scholarship stipend of at least $1,000 at completion plus incentives you earn per goal. Click here for full program details.
