Compensation Survey

In 2022, the MSDC Board of Directors called for the formation of a physician-led task force on gender equity to evaluate gender parity in the District of Columbia. As part of its work, the MSDC Gender Equity Task Force is conducting this compensation survey of the physician workforce in metropolitan Washington, D.C.

This survey is a timely, valuable initiative and relies on widespread participation of all physicians. Please complete the survey and share it with colleagues. Given the sensitive nature of the information being requested, responses will be completely confidential.
