This survey is about the Phoenix Shared Micromobility Program. The survey results will help the City of Phoenix make policy decisions about how to improve the program.

The following survey will take about 5 minutes. All identifying information is optional. This survey is open through July 26, 2024. The Phoenix Street Transportation Department appreciates your participation.

What is Shared Micromobility?

Micromobility is a transportation option that uses small electric or human-powered vehicles like scooters and bicycles to travel short distances.

The Phoenix Shared Micromobility Program was launched in January 2023 with vendors Lime and Spin. They offer an inventory of electric scooters (e-scooters), electric bikes (e-bikes), traditional bikes and adaptive bikes that can be used within the program boundary.

Based on preliminary community feedback, the Phoenix Street Transportation Department has identified a study area two miles around the light rail for potential program expansion. Staff is conducting public engagement to evaluate expansion locations.
