Community Experiences with Local Safety Nets and Policy Making

The California Pan-Ethnic Health Network wants to learn about your experiences with local safety net systems, such as emergency response (paramedics, fire, police), health care, mental health, public health, and social services. We welcome diverse perspectives, especially Black, indigenous, and communities of color, LGBTQ+ communities, and people with disabilities. Respondents must reside in California.

This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.

You can answer the questions based on your own experiences, or answer on behalf of someone else, such a family member or someone you helped connect to local services. We do not ask for any information that could be used to identify you. All your answers are anonymous. We will combine the answers we receive and summarize results in a report.
