Teams with at least 75% team participation in the survey will be entered into a drawing to receive FREE entrance to next year's Extreme Cup! We will notify you over the next few weeks if you qualify for entry into the drawing.
The first individuals to respond to the survey and provide a valid email will get a prize. You can pick up your prize at the Tournament HQ. We will notify you by email if you qualify.
