Introduction - About this survey

The Australian Red Cross Blood Service (Blood Service) in collaboration with the Tasmanian Health Service (THS) provides extensive patient blood management (PBM) and transfusion-related educational resources for health professionals. (Residents, Registrars, Fellows and Consultants) 

We would really appreciate your participation in this survey which aims to:

identify future educational needs of the medical workforce, particularly in the areas of patient blood management and transfusion
identify resources the Blood Service may be able to develop as recommended by registrars, fellows and consultants
improve the quality of PBM and transfusion-related education initiatives and tools provided by the Blood Service.
 
Evaluation will help us in providing the future direction for this initiative, so your feedback on the use and value of these tools in your practice is invaluable and greatly appreciated.

The survey should only take 15 minutes to complete, and can be completed online or hardcopy via the return envelope provided.

Submissions are due by 01 October 2019.
