The survey is being run by Royal Berkshire Maternity & Neonatal Voices, an independent NHS body run by parents and other service user representatives that works with the RBH to improve local maternity care and services. You can contact us by email on feedback@royalberkshiremnvp.org.

Your answers are anonymous and will be used to improve maternity services at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete. You can skip any questions you wish, but the more you answer the more useful your survey responses will be.

We know having a baby is a family affair and those families are unique - we’ll use partner throughout this survey when talking about you, the person partnering the one giving birth. There's an opportunity to tell us about your relationship at the end of the survey. The care provided, while focused on the person giving birth can impact everyone involved. We’d like to know about the experience, what you felt went well and what could have been better.
