Showcasing Third Sector Partnerships in Cluster Development - Thursday 11th June from 9am - 4pm

Accelerated Cluster Development (ACD) is designed to bring together partners from across health, primary care and the third sector to deliver integrated, community-focused care. Regionally, Pan Cluster Planning Priorities - emotional wellbeing and mental health, frailty and women's health have been identified as shared areas where collective effort can have the greatest impact.
The third sector plays a vital role in these priorities, bringing lived-experience, knowledge, innovative service models, and trusted connections with communities. However, the value and potential of the sector are not always fully visible to cluster partners. To address this, the event (which will be held on Thursday 11th June from 9am-4pm) will provide a dedicated platform for third sector organisations to showcase their expertise and strengthen collaboration with cluster members.
