Parent and Caregivers Voices

This survey is for parents or caregivers who are beneficiaries of Chugachmiut services (or the children that are being cared for are beneficiaries of the services). We are exploring the educational needs of Alaska Native and American Indian students and ways we can support student success. The information gathered will guide us in developing an educational plan to help improve or strengthen the educational programs and services for Alaska Native and American Indian students. This short survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and is completely confidential and anonymous.
