About Project SOAR

Project SOAR provides free college guidance, academic advising, and career readiness support to all residents living in HACLA public housing communities. Regardless of age, citizenship status, or academic attainment, any HACLA resident with college, career & technical education (CTE), or professional goals and questions can connect with an Education Navigator virtually or in-person.
