The PAFP Leadership Institute

90-Second Membership Survey

In seeking to meet members’ needs and impact health care in our state, the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians is exploring a Leadership Institute for physician, student, and resident members. The Institute would enhance leadership skills by analyzing practical insights and strategies from leaders throughout society.

The Institute will help to dictate the terms of major issues impacting patients and families by creating engaging learning experiences for participants through guest speakers, presentations, small group discussions, case studies, book reviews, and mentoring opportunities. It will help participants develop the skills needed to build partnerships, influence public dialogue, and establish credibility in society.

Please take about 90 seconds to complete the short survey below. The information will be used to guide our possible next steps in the development and implementation of an Institute.
1.Do you believe a Leadership Institute would be valuable for PAFP members?
