I submit this request to Wait List for the 2016 Ram Dass / Krishna Das & Friends “Open Your Heart in Paradise” Retreat at the Napili Kai Beach Resort.

I understand that I will be contacted via email and/or by phone and that within 48 hours I will need to respond & provide a $1,000 deposit or my in full payment to secure the offered Retreat Registration open at that time up to Sunday September 4, 2016

If I have a change of heart regarding my Wait List request, I will email retreats@ramdass.org and request the removal of my submission before, or by, Sunday September 4, 2016.
