Question Title

* 1. We would like to invite you to participate in survey to evaluate the "OT 24-Hr Virtual Exchange 2013".

OT4OT members are: Susan Burwash, Eastern Washington University, Spokane, USA; Anita Hamilton, University of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia; Karen Jacobs, Boston University, USA; Merrolee Penman, Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand; Sarah Bodell & Angela Hook, University of Salford, UK.

Purpose: This survey is designed to find out what participants thought of the "OT 24-Hour Virtual Exchange 2013". The survey is also designed to obtain feedback from people who were unable to attend but would like to leave suggestions for the future. Information will be used to improve future OT Virtual Exchange events.

Participation is voluntary and the survey is expected to take about 10 minutes to complete.

Expected benefits to the wider community: This research aims to improve the way that occupational therapy utilises online technology for professional development.

Privacy and confidentiality: All survey data is collected anonymously (unless you chose to leave your name in one of the comments boxes). The data will be accessible only the OT24Vx organizers. Survey data will be analysed and presented in aggregate form, it is not individually identifiable. All data will be destroyed once it is no longer required for quality improvement purposes.

Information about the OT24Vx will be published in occupational therapy journals and similar professional journals. Presentations will be made at universities and at professional conferences. Survey results may be included as part of these presentations and publications.

Your responses will only be recorded once you get to the end of the survey and press “submit”.
As all information collected is non-identifiable you will not be able withdraw your answers after you press “submit”.
