This survey is for owners of historic properties located within the proposed boundaries of the Original Northwood Historic District. Property owners are allowed one vote per property they own. Renters and other interested parties may also vote, however, your votes will be counted separately. You must answer every question for your response to be counted.

The survey is one of the first steps in the local historic district designation process through Baltimore City’s Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP). Designation helps to protect and celebrate a neighborhood’s rich history. It also provides an effective and transparent design review process that preserves the neighborhood’s historic character. Local historic district designation does not impact Urban Renewal Plans, Parking Restrictions, or Zoning.
