What makes you Optimistic?

For 8 years, The Centre for Optimism and its founder Victor Perton, have asked people, “What makes you Optimistic?” 

Science says realistic optimism is the key predictor of living to a healthy old age and the underpinning of good mental and physical health, innovation and resilience. 

This survey asks you to consider what makes you optimistic, your sources of optimism and what reinforces your optimism.
