About our online education evaluation

This survey was developed so that we might better understand people's feelings about online education at CMHA Your results are anonymous and will help us decide the future of online education at CMHA and as part of Recovery College Central Alberta.

Our plan is to send the survey out quarterly to everyone who has recently participated in CMHA online education.
