This survey is to gather initial information related to current collaborations with Local Workforce Development Boards Boards) and one-stop centers as well as local discussion with Boards related to the development of Memorandum of Understandings (MOU), infrastructure costs and the one-stop partnerships under WIOA.

Background: Under WIOA joint regulations and prior state law AEL grantees are designated as one-stop partners. Local Workforce Development Boards must discuss and negotiate shared career services and infrastructure costs with partners and describe these in a local Memorandum of Understanding.

Additionally, AEL grantees must  contribute to establish and maintain the one-stop delivery system through both the provision of career services and infrastructure costs.
