When you mark something as important, you express your commitment to engage in job actions with other nurses in support of our bargaining team and our proposals. These actions include attending bargaining sessions, wearing ONA buttons or stickers, signing petitions, displaying window signs, and possibly participating in workplace demonstrations like a unity break.
