Feedback on Minnesota's Olmstead Plan

In May 2023, the Olmstead Subcabinet decided it was time to re-envision Minnesota’s Olmstead Plan. This is a statewide plan to help create more choices, options, and support for people with disabilities to live, work, learn, and enjoy life in the community. The process for drafting the next Plan will focus on co-creating the Plan with the disability community. The Olmstead Implementation Office (OIO) wants to learn from Minnesotans of all ages and all disabilities, such as people with mental illness, addiction, intellectual, developmental, sensory, physical, or other disabilities. There will be a variety of opportunities for members of the public to provide input and be involved in the Plan update.

Learn more about the Plan updates on OIO's website and stay informed by subscribing to OIO's newsletter. To request alternate formats of this survey, please email MNOlmsteadPlan@state.mn.us or call 651-296-8081.
