2026 Our Health Centre Board Application

Our Health Centre (OHC) is a nonprofit community health centre serving the Municipality of the District of Chester and Tancook Islands. Our Board of Directors provides strategic oversight and governance. We welcome applicants who reflect the diversity of our community and are committed to health equity.

Any member of OHC is welcome to apply to the board of directors. Directors are voted in by the membership at the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on June 15th, 2026. Directors then serve a 3-year term, with the option to renew for a second term.

14.Board members are expected to attend monthly meetings (approx. 2 hrs, the last Monday of the month at 6 pm), participate in at least one committee, and prepare for meetings in advance. Are you able to commit to this level of engagement?
