Give your input into the design of Open Competency Models

Ibbaka will be providing a set of Open Competency Models in 2020.

Competency Models are structured descriptions of Jobs, Roles, Responsibilities, Tasks, Behaviors, Skills and Resources. They are often used to support Job Architectures, Learning & Development and Team Building.

Ibbaka models are open in three ways.
  1. They will be offered under a Creative Commons license so that everyone can use and evolve them at no charge.
  2. They evolve, and are open to the skills actually being used to bubble up into the model.
  3. They are modular and on the Ibbaka Talent Platform they can be mixed and matched.
This survey explores some of the design questions we are working on as we finalize the models.

The first four models will be ...
  • Design Thinking
  • Customer Success
  • Pricing Expertise
  • Adaptation to Climate Change (with the Resilience by Design Lab)
