Northwest Treatment in Oregon City has served the community since 1982, to help meet the needs of individuals struggling with addiction. In recent years, Northwest Treatment has specialized in serving people with gender and identity issues, or wanting to improve their romantic relationships.

We are conducting a 2-part survey for the entire Oregon population (with a focus on the Portland Metro area) to learn more about the effect of social capital and relationships on mental health and substance use disorder in the 2SLGBTQIA+ population and beyond.

While we are very interested in responses from people that identify as 2SLGBTQIA+, our survey is designed for all people, no matter your gender, sexual orientation, or relationship status.

Thank you for taking 15 minutes of your day to complete this confidential survey. You matter. Your voice matters. And your thoughts and experiences are important to us and to how we show up to treat and support those that need help.
