I am a family nurse practitioner student at St. John Fisher College. As part of the graduate program, I am conducting a research study to investigate the relationship between the nurses work environment and patient satisfaction. For this research, I am looking for volunteers to complete a survey.

Please note that all answers collected via the survey will be kept anonymous and secure. Your decision to participate in this study is completely voluntary. By completing this survey, you are consenting to participate in this research. It is anticipated that this survey will take you less than 15 minutes. At any point you can decide to discontinue your participation in this research.
