Parent Preference for Semester 2

Dear NSS Parents & Guardians,

We will continue to offer onsite and e-learning options for the second semester.

We understand that the current issues are uncertain, sensitive and unique.
Therefore, we are providing options to you so that together we can provide the best possible learning opportunities for our students.

Please complete the survey below for each child that is attending NSS.

My child will return to school (NSS On-site)

NSS will resume face-to-face instruction using CDC and Florida Department of Health guidelines for health and safety.
Precautions we will take include: daily temperature checks, mask-wearing requirement for all staff, students, and visitors on the campus, physical/social distancing, reduced schedule, and restricted movements/transitions.
If a student or staff member tests positive, we will work with our local health authorities to conduct contact-tracing, advise and follow quarantine protocols, and possibly close the school for deep cleaning if needed.

With NSS e-learning program, our teachers will provide live instruction for students at every grade level.
Attendance and coursework will be done virtually through NSS Connect. A Chromebook will be provided to each student who needs one.
