2.I hereby constitute Chris Stec, Stu Gilfillen, Richard Moore and Alan Dennison, who are officers of the National Safe Boating Council, or a majority of them as actually are present, to act for me in my stead as my proxy at the General Membership Meeting of the National Safe Boating Council, to be held in Anchorage, AK at the Hotel Captain Cook on September 29, 2019, from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., and at any adjournment or adjournments thereof, with full power and authority to act for my organization in our behalf, with all powers that my organization, the undersigned, would possess if personally present.
